Dr. Arun Das H. is a physician, public health expert, and wellness innovator with expertise in clinical practice, community health, research, and digital health consulting. He holds an MBBS from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, and an MD in Community Medicine from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. His certifications in palliative care, nutrition, lifestyle diseases, diabetology, and fitness reflect his integrative approach to preventive medicine.

Dr. Arun served as an Assistant Surgeon at the District Hospital, Chengannur, delivering critical care during the Kerala floods. He has collaborated with NGOs to conduct health camps and awareness programs, enhancing community health education. As a Life Member of the Academy of Family Physicians of India, he is dedicated to primary care and community-focused practice.

Currently, Dr. Arun consults for health-tech startups and telemedicine platforms, driving innovation in healthcare accessibility. An accomplished epidemiologist and data analyst, he contributes to clinical research, scientific writing, and mentors projects in evidence-based practice and lifestyle medicine
